NewFactory is an independent company in Virginia. We start and run focused online businesses. Each one sells a single self-serve product to one kind of customer, under its own name. We put the offer in front of people first, and build once they order.
Why we exist
Most new businesses are built before anyone has agreed to pay.
Months go into the product, and the market only answers at the end, after the money is spent. We think that order is backwards.
Demand can be measured before anything is built. People search for what they need, and when they see a clear offer they either buy or they don't. NewFactory exists to run that test cheaply and honestly, and to put real work only into what customers choose.
What we do
We build self-serve products for professionals and small business owners, around tasks that keep coming back: a license renewal, a filing, a record that has to stay current. You buy online, the software does the work, and the result arrives by email.
No sales calls and no demos. If a product needs a salesperson, we don't build it.
Each product sells under its own brand. NewFactory owns and runs them and sells nothing under its own name.

Start from demand
We look for problems people already search for and pay to solve, and measure that demand before we commit to anything.

Sell, then build
A new product can open as a clearly labeled pre-order with a delivery date. We build it once the first customer orders.
- 03
Every product pays its way
A product has to earn back what it costs to reach each customer on the first order. If it can't, we stop it and keep what we learned.

Software does the work
Delivery, billing and support run on software we build, so a product can grow without a growing team. People handle the exceptions.
Our promises
- Prices are on the page, not behind a call.
- If something is a pre-order, the page says so and gives the delivery date. Your card is authorized when you order and charged only when we deliver.
- No fake reviews, countdown timers or made-up scarcity.
- Each product's refund policy is on its page before you pay.
Our tools
We run our own advertising through the official APIs of Google Ads and other ad platforms, using software we built for that purpose. It connects only to ad accounts we own and is used only to plan, run and measure our campaigns. Our privacy policy explains how that data is handled.
